Hyper Wear Sandbell Beach Workout is so fun you can even do it with kids or a partner or friends. The workout is 5 jump squats then toss then sprint back to starting. That would kick your butt in under 5 min. I think. Let me know if you try it.
The sandbells vary in price depending what size you get and they can be used anywhere and are super safe for feet and for tile floors too. I'm trying to figure out a fun pool workout my son and I can do with the 10 lb. and 20 lb. sandbells I usually use indoors.
