The second item is so important as the computer's spellcheck can only do so much. For example, if you have "there" instead of "their" - guess what, it will not catch the error. And when you have typed and checked your own resume, human nature, you will miss some "small" typo that will cause your resume to be put in "file 13"(trash can). I use to work in Human Resources and could tell you some stories
