Are you considering a hypnobirth? Why or why not?
I had wanted to have a hypnobirth for awhile, but was leery because I am a Christian and didn't want it to go against my beliefs. I was eased of this because I was told that the hypnosis in Hypnobirthing is really just a way of learning deep relaxation techniques. I had a successful hypnobirth with my last birth.
