I needed to squeeze a bunch of oranges (but my husband and son took care of that for me) and some laundry (going now). I spent some time with my husband running errands and we came home to have a nice lunch with the rest of the family.
Now, we're off to the gym. And then I need to do the bills. But what am I really looking forward to today?

Today I'm looking forward to doing a final run with the steam cleaner on my office carpet, and having my office be the cleanest it's been in a very long time!

Looking for a new car. I am trying to see this as a chance to get something totally different, something I might have bought for fun anyway, instead of just being distraught that my other car died and I have to spend my precious money on a new one.

Today I am looking forward to getting out of the house. I haven't been out, except with dogs, and that doesn't really count.
I have not been to the shops for nearly two weeks and apart from the people I live with I haven't spoken to another living soul.
I have had another cold, that is two in one year. I hadn't had a cold for ten years before this. They have left me feeling run down, full of congestion and lazy.
The sun is shining so I am going to brave the cold and venture into town.
