Usually, In person, I will nod my head and agree with them. Then I tell them how grateful I am of them and how well they have presented their case and with such a presentation they are definitely a priority to be heard ,that its a no-brainier and there is nothing to worry about. Then I ask them what they would like me to do for them. I then place my body language side by side with theirs and we both go through the facts. I always mention their names and tell them > I can understand how you FEEL (especially the female clients) so and so FELT the same way until they FOUND out bla bla bla.. and online,
I do the same thing but while stating more and more facts -
