My favorite chocolate recipe, and so easy to make is a Chocolate Pot de Cream.
It's so rich, you can only eat a small amount although I have seen some men power through 4 or 5 of them. I'm sure it powered through them too. lolol
No matter the chocolate treat, it always gives me that overwhelming feeling of pleasure.. the mouth feel, the creaminess, the ah ha moment when you are tasting someone's creation and what they are trying to convey with it. Sounds a bit like music, but really, a good chocolate can take you away for just that oh so brief moment. Maybe that's why so many love and covet chocolate.
