I hope you are all having a wonderful winter and are ready to survive the holiday season, however you choose to celebrate it. Here in Alaska, I'm surviving (so to speak) by indulging in books and articles about bicycle tours in warm, sunny places.

This week's article provides the basics on indoor bike trainers. Using one isn't quite the same as a bike tour in the sun, but it will help raise the endorphin levels and chase away the mid-winter blues.
