Well I learn't something new today - I had no idea what PDA stood for (lol).

Do you own one?

If yes, what type and are you satisfied with the product?

A personal digital assistant (PDA), also known as a palmtop computer,[1][2] is a mobile device that functions as a personal information manager. Current PDAs often have the ability to connect to the Internet. A PDA has an electronic visual display, enabling it to include a web browser, but some newer models also have audio capabilities, enabling them to be used as mobile phones or portable media players. Many PDAs can access the Internet, intranets or extranets via Wi-Fi or Wireless Wide Area Networks. Many PDAs employ touchscreen technology.

I have an iphone and an ipad, and love them both. I use software or apps on them that keep them in sync with each other. In other words if I update a calendar or contact information, the other device and my computer get the same information. Therefore I only make the change in one place.

I used to have a Palm, and I really loved it also, but it didn't work very well with my Mac computer.

Hope this helps,

I own a unique video phone that incorporates web browsing and is a touch screen with weather, internet radio, games, photos but I cannot create documents to store. I have been looking at options seeking something lighter than my laptop for travel. I'll look forward to seeing some insight from others here.

I remember my first Handspring Visor. I loved them so much that I upgraded a few years after to the Handspring Pro. Of course with the advent of the iPhone and iPad they were laid aside.

I have a few great apps I'd still love to use so I may keep at least one of the Handsprings and unload the other two if my children don't find a use for them.
