I love Tai Chi! The movements make me feel almost graceful. When I am finished, there is such a sense of calm in my mind and body. Plus, I can focus better for days afterward.
Do you have leisure activities that help with your ADD symptoms? What do you do to build your concentration?
Have any of you out there learned to conquer housework? For me, as I get busier, the house becomes an outward sign of my inner chaos. It isn't pretty! With the holidays coming, I'd love to have my house submit to my will. That would be lovely.
