Could not post a thing the past two days. We feel as though someone beat us with a stick. We're moving in with my aunt and it took days and days just to pack up her stuff that was in three rooms. Then, scratched off wallpaper and painted three rooms. Dragged a bunch of heavy stuff to a storage unit. And only then could we begin to pack and move our stuff in.

We're still not done. waaa.

Aw Lori! That's so much work! Here's hoping things are smooth sailing from here out...

Moving is so awful. And you're basically moving two households at one time :::yuck:::

We just moved, and we are in a rental. I told my hubby there is no way I'm ever moving again --- we'll need to just get the person who owns this house to sell it to us LOL.

Today I'm taking my daughter to a swim party.

After spending a day in the sun, I doubt I'll have the energy to do anything later LOL.

Moving is as stressful as any life loss i think.

Today I will work on my fb client stuff, get as much of Romance Class off my plate as possible, and maybe make a quick trip to my favorite thrift store. Also I hope to plan out my upcoming week.

I've been out of the forums for the past several days because we're STILL MOVING!!! Ugh. This has been the most brutal move ever. We're bone tired and emotionally drained. And we're still not done. I actually wept. And I don't cry very easily. sigh.

The past few days were filled with more hauling, packing, carrying. Down the stairs, up the stairs. And a heat wave hit. I tell myself that it's like a work-out so it's good exercise. But instead of feeling good, everything hurts. My hands, my feet, my legs, my back, my brain. We've been arguing on top of it all. I'm late on an article for one of my sites (but I fixed that today) and we haven't been to the gym for over a week.

My DH reminds me to focus on the good things and focus on what I want to see and that has helped. This too shall pass. Sorry for venting to y'all.

Moving is so difficult, so very stressful. I cried at our last two moves.

And the heat was so intense yesterday, I wanted to cry, and I was physically exhausted, and I didn't even do anything LOL! What an awful day to have to move.

How sweet that your hubby is trying to hard to get you to see the silver lining.

Every part of your body hurts? Wouldn't that mean it's way more of a workout that you're used to at the gym? Maybe when you get back into your workout routine you'll find that it's easier LOL! Moving got you all cut and chiseled!

For myself, car is fixed - praise God. I'm off to work for an hour before my vacation officially starts - yippee!
