A global government founded on universal love, to foster peace, health, abundance, understanding, tolerance, acceptance, empathy, safety and wisdom for all, to create a world without borders.
The elected will be selected for critical personal ideals and key character traits that will enable them to represent without any bias or selfish agendas. They must be able to identify with every type of background and believe in the importance of free will.
If this is too high an ideal to reach overnight, then perhaps an organization to educate the youth about such an ideal would be my goal. Sociology and psychology--and self-awareness--programs should be necessary at all levels of schooling. If we leave morality to churches only, there will be a risk of widening the rifts between moral peoples. Churches seem to push only their ideas of morality without any tolerance or understanding of other ideas. Anyone with such narrow scope of acceptance cannot lead in a global government.
Many of today's ills could be solved with universal cooperation. Every country is concerned first about its own citizens and that leads to bias decision-making, especially when it comes to economics. Imagine an import/export system based on each country's needs and strengths.
