Hey sweetie, just keep track in kilometers - we don't mind. And estimate what you think you did. Okay?

It just finished raining [briefly] and the Sun is shining. It feels wonderful in ATL. I'm going walking. I'll post how far I walked when I get back.

I don't mind...I'll help. Now I'm getting a bit confused. I will post my walking total here from now on not the Linda 50 mile thread. I get so mixed up sometimes. I'll start with tomorrows walking distance. I've already got 7 miles toward the 50.

It was a quick, brisk walk. Just 1 mile in the neighborhood. Felt good.

Woohoo another walking sister. One mile a day around the neighborhood is good. That's all I do. The journey of 50 miles starts with the first step. smile
