This week's article is a review of SARK's Succulent Wild Woman. SARK believes creativity helped heal her from her sexually abusive past and she uses her work to inspire others.

I've always found crocheting to be meditative and sometimes it's helped calm my mind. I also have done creative journaling. I think there's something about the combination of keeping your hand's busy while creating something (whether it's for mundane use or purely decorative) that helps in healing.
