Closing has become a sensitive issue in some areas. The reason I say "areas" is because lender confidence in a particular geographic zone may have recently undergone revision and lenders may now be reluctant to lend in a particular geographical "zone". This can result in the lender pulling out and denying advancement of funds to changing your qualification requirements. A lender can also refuse to advance funds because of a change in your credit file. There are many other reasons, but these appear to top the list.
