This week's topic revolved around the lovely poem "The Pomegranate" by Eavan Boland. I chose this poem because of its power and its beautiful message. I simply stumbled across it one day and right away it drew me in, hooked me with its images and lovely descriptions. I felt an immediate connection to the words, and to the poet.
