Deal 3 rows of 4 non face cards each for a total of 12. While you are laying down those 12 cards, if any face cards come up, put them at the bottom of the deck. (face cards = J, Q, K)
Now that you have the 12 non face cards down, turn over the leftover cards in the deck, one by one, on any 2 cards that total 11 (eleven). (Example: 7&4, 8&3, 9&2, 10&A, 5&6)
Once you turn over a face card to cover a card, that is it for that pile - done. You can not cover a face card.
The object is to play all non-face cards and be left with face cards only.
