I just posted an article on adding stretching to your cycling routine. Stretching on a regular basis is one of the few things in my life I'm consistent about doing. I really find it helps my balance and flexibility, not to mention making me feel better. I definitely notice when I don't stretch on a regular basis.
So, I'm curious to knos what other cyclists must have in their routines to keep them fit, active and feeling good. Do you have favorite stretches or exercises? Favorite cross-training activities? Share with the rest of us so we can learn from your good habits!
