Since I was a little girl I have gotten feelings of heaviness when entering rooms. I don't get these feelings much as an adult. It never scared me, but gave me a feeling that I was either not alone or was somewhere I didn't need to be. In my adult life I have had many sleepless nights during which I felt something horrible was at the foot of my bed. At one point it became such an issue that I called on my grandfather for spiritual guidance. We are baptists, but he feels that we are often presented with these things as a result of our fight with evil in our lives. I don't share my experiences with my family or friends in fear of being labeled as crazy. I really do feel that there are times when I'm not alone and those presences are not always good. Any input from anyone? Am I just paranoid?
