Great advice! Finding your ideal fuel mix with the help of a certified nutrition or health expert is so important. So many people eat healthy foods and still can't lose weight because those are not the foods their bodies require.

Consulting with a health and wellness expert can make a huge differnece and it's something that more and more people are doing to address difficulties with weightloss.

Being active definitely needs to part of the plan too so thanks for bringing that up.
