A quick or easy workout when you're busy, stressed, or just plain tired is better than no workout at all. The reason a 10 minute workout or restorative exercise is better than not moving at all is that your metabolism is 100% dependent on how often you move.

Moving every day also prevent aches and pains and helps you maintain any progress from your previous workouts.

The quickest workout I do is 4 minutes. The easiest is 20 minutes of easy stretches. Try it on days when you don't feel so great. It makes a huge difference.
