my #1 strategy to curb cravings right now is eating 1-2 squares of chili infused chocolate almost nightly.

I also drink hot tea and the smell seems to help a lot. What' your #1 stop cravings strategy?

Another cool tip I learned recently for sugar and alcohol cravings is to eat more dark leafy greens a couple of times a day. Holistic health experts explain that this boosts b12 which is a deficiency that many people have that typically causes sugar cravings.

I know a fitness guy who recommends adding spinach to your berry protein shakes. I have not tried this but I keep hearing it's great.

Hello, Most of us are "regular" people. We don't eat the perfect diet all the time and have our struggles with food, same as everyone else. But having an awareness of this fact and knowing a little bit about our health and food nutrition can help when it comes to making wise decisions. The following are time-tested techniques for normalizing appetite and controlling cravings, especially for sugar and starch. 1. Eat more protein-rich foods. 2. Eat Fat. 3. Eat more Omega-3 Fat 4. Eat Cooked Greens Thanks.
