What can I order in a Chinese restaurant that is locarb? Unless there's one of those grill things isn't everything served over rice? I'm doing this Monday night and I'm a bit concerned.

you can ask for the rice on the side or no rice. Sometimes i get the egg thingies and i cannot remember what they are called. I am low carb, so I still do eat rice, but not like I once did.

Chicken wings are a Chinese food staple which are perfect for low carb. Avoid rice - they rarely have brown rice which is the healthy rice. Get any veggie or meat dishes and just avoid the rice in them.

I just ate at an oriental restaurant tonight with some friends and they had sashimi and tuna steaks. So depending on the type of restaurant you go to, they may have delicious fish dishes which are very good for you!
