Foodnetwork had a recipe for broccoli and cauliflower deepfried with parmesan coating. Looked fantastic. They suggested putting it on a bed of baby spinach with oil and vinegar dressing. I'm definitely going to try that very soon.

I understand what you are saying Healthy Mom 62. Lo carb allows oil for frying so this is perfect for my locarb program. Although I will use the light flavored olive oil to do it just because it's better for me.

I agree that frying can be done a number of ways and a lot of it depends on the type of oil you use. You can have very light items that are deep fried - or very heavy items!
