Hey! I have several liters of extra human fat just hanging around that I would be glad to get rid of (after all it just takes up space). Too bad you have to be dead to have this particular means of income work for you! I Guess I will have to take a pass on it at this time.

Well but how about liposuction! I was looking with interest at my boyfriend, he agreed that this could be fun  You lose weight and earn a lot of money all at the same time!

That's odd Jilly the link is working fine on my end - try going to CNN.com and searching for "human fat". It says: "Officials did not disclose what possible use laboratories could have for the human fat, but fat can be a component of cosmetics and is used in reconstructive or cosmetic surgery." I think with all the people who want to lose weight that simply taking fat from those live people and paying them would be much more easy

today the link is working and JEEZ what a horrible thing! esp when people would give their fat away with liposuction for free (reading the comments).
That is interesting about the Human Fat Vampire mythology. There was an Xfiles episode about fat vampires, if I recall correctly.

I didn't even realize I'd evolved again I still miss being an amoeba ... I liked being an amoeba  It'd be cool if there was a way to show a little image progression, with each icon lighting up in turn from left to right as you reached it. Hmmmmm. I would think people could get *free* liposuctions in essence, that the sale of the fat would cover their procedure!
