This interview scene has been playing everywhere on talk radio and the internet. It is from the new T.V. show "V." I have not seen it yet (I usually buy the DVD sets when they come out because I don't have patience for commercials)

I thought it captured perfectly the situation we are in now. Everything is about making the Obama administration look good even when they are making mistake after mistake. Those in the media that speak out against or portray the administration accuratley are declaired "enemies of America."

What do you think?

I posted a little bit about this in the Clairvoyance forum.

You know how currents work, right? The water looks o.k. on the top but there is swift movement, deadly at times underneath or maybe it's an undertow I'm thinking of. Anyway what's moreso than making obama look good has a bigger hold on my Soul.

What, in the name of all that is good, would invoke fear within the media, NOT to ask any and all questions? If there are people getting fired, dismissed or otherwise black balled, with questions regarding something as important as policies that not only are YOU paying for but affect society as a whole, if these policies aren't upright good for everyone, the administration wouldn't be threatened by any of the questions.

This administration is VERY VERY much threatened by questions. If you were going to purchase a car, you'd search high and low and investigate by any means to find out just what's inside the pretty model on display. Local and national policy should be investigated, it seems to me anyway, just as thoroughly if not more so. We have a government discourageing this. If a sales person discouraged you from looking inside a hood, how long would it take you to run the other way?

I think your spot on, Elleise. Even worse, this administration is rewarding those that go along with this scheme. The media gets to go with him to Hawaii on vacation. He buys them lunch. They get to be a part of his inner circle and their networks stand to gain as well. NBC is owned by GE and GE just nailed a large business deal with Russia within the week of when Obama scrapped the missle defense shield.

I think that there are more "rewards" going on behind the scenes that we don't know about and that, just as importantly, there is more threats and "black-balling" we don't know about because the people threatened are afraid to stand up against this Goliath.
