Today's salad made by Bob was *delicious*. Buttermilk ranch dressing. Lettuce, tomatoes, egg, cucumbers, celery, carrot slices, fresh lettuce, mushrooms, olives. Pine nuts. It was so good

I've got a new dressing - chipotle ranch - which adds a nice amount of spice to my salads. We bought two HUGE bags of salad mix from a warehouse club and it's really encouraging us to eat salads every day so the mix doesn't go bad. The salads are just so yummy when we keep a variety of ingredients in the house to choose from! It means we can mix and match every day for a different flavor combination.
We also bought a huge container of little roma tomatoes which means we're eating a lot of those too. It's filling and healthy!
Are you enjoying some fall harvest salads? We only have one small cuke left in our garden, so we'll shortly be out of "home harvested" items.

I'm enjoying a delicious salad with ham cubes, little tomatoes, egg, salad mix, and chipotle ranch dressing from Old Cape Cod.

I love chipolte flavor for almost anything. I've added it to mayo many times for more zip.
Granny Thousands of years ago cats were considered Gods Cats have never forgotten this.

LOL you guys will find this funny, I was *dreaming* about salad last night, that I was at a restaurant and they were bringing me my salad with my main course (rather than before). I was complaining that they always did this to me, and couldn't they please bring the salad earlier. It turned into a long discussion.

And call me a psychotherapist, but I doubt this dream had as much to do with salad as other things in life. Salad as a metaphor, hmmmm....

LOL Salad right now - lettuce, tomatoes, olives, fresh sprouts, raisins, pine nuts, almonds, egg, ham, Hidden Valley spicy ranch. Nice spice, mild kick. I love this sprout maker, have I said that 100 times yet? It is SO cool and so easy to use We always have fresh sprouts! Plus I love our microwave egg thingie. Pop it in the microwave, poof, a short while later you have perfectly hard boiled eggs. I love living in modern times

Its fun to see that you grown and eat your own produce through the help of brilliant suggestion in growing herbs. I myself is challenged to do it because I would prefer to eat natural grown veggies especially for my salad.
