When you see someone new at church do you.... single choice
	Introduce yourself right away AND give him your number in case he needs help settling in?
	Introduce yourself, but wait on offering contact info unless there's an obvious reason?
	Wait an introduce yourself only if no one else does?
	Wait to be introduced at a later time, even if no one else seems to be talking to her?
	It depends.

Ok, my answer was the second one. I ususally am pretty free with offers to help, But I've found that when people see all my little kids they seem very skeptical as to my helpful capacities.

When we were active, I'd introduce myself and offer help. When we moved into new wards, it was so reassuring when people came up to us and introduced themselves. Others kinda ignored us and that made us feel awkward.
