Proofreading Training is now very well thought of - and I've heard that if you want something to do from home as a filler-in or while your're thinking what career choice steps to take next then medical or scientific transcription is the highest paid.

it's easier to approach companies now, because there are accredited courses to prove your skill.

If you're a manuscript editor then you can get a qualification to show off your skill to new employers and show you are of a certain standard.

Life sciences pay well it seems. We need to update our bio and resume though! I wrote about

Proofreading Videos to start off with on my Freelance Writing Business Site. I have done the first one - I love learning from home - it's great!
