I just got my order today from Southwest Indian Foundation. I ordered the "Good Medicine" tea. After supper, I brewed myself a cup and it is wonderful! I love it!!!

Next time you want to try a new tea, give this one a thought. Just click on the Southwest Indian Foundation ad when you see it on either side of the forums and check it out.

Thank you Phyllis! I know that there are a great deal of teas associated with Native Americans. And I know that there is a lot of cultural tradition with tea. And anything named "Good Medicine" must be good for you! What is in the "Good Medicine"?

I was eventually going to "do" articles slanted toward Native Americans, maybe it is time?

Thanks. Mary Caliendo

Hi Mary. This is an herbal tea. It has Spearmint, Gota Kola, Wood Betony, Rosemary, Eucalyptus leaves, Genseng leaf, and natural flavors. It says on the box that one can sweeten it with honey - but, since I do not like to sweeten my teas, I drank it without any and it was very good tasting. They have several other teas at the site also.

Doing an article on teas that the Native Americans like and have used for generations would be great! grin I would love to read it. I bet you will find a lot to write about with that, for there are several herb combinations they like in their teas.

Phyllis, I know without doing any "hard" research that there is a lot of Native American Tradions w/tea and that surround tea. May I consult you one day if I need to?

Thanks
