LOL... Jeanette I hear ya! That's when I do most of my reading when the kiddo's are out and about. I think the idea of live chat would be really cool, if we could find a good time for everyone. I really liked the first chapter too, looking forward to see what's gonna happen. I was big fan of Anne Rice and her vampire stories, but this has a very different feel to it. I like it.

My library has 316 copies in backlog on reserve of this book. I guess I have to go buy it. I was planning to read it anyways, one day. :grin:

Hello all. I'm not still quite sure if I'm on board yet. I saw the movie and really liked it but my teenage daugter assures me I will really hate the movie ONCE I read the book.
By the way Jeanette, when is another book selected? Do we wait until this one has finished its reviews from everyone?

yes kimmie. We will wait til we are done reading this one before starting another. I am already reading 2 others AND this one. Thank God they all aren't vampire books or I would get really confused!!! LOL

Isn't the plan to take the entire month to read this book? Maybe we can plan to vote on the next book about 2/20 or so? That will give us time to get the new book before 3/1.
