Anyways... The signs were there the whole time that he doesnt want to spend time with me he just wants someone to cook clean and sleep with. but to me If I have to do all that then he can at lest TALK to me! Is that really to much to ask for?

I think he has found his way back to mother earth but Im not sure it will last! and true my marrage could be worse he could spend all his time with ther women and at bars but the fact of the matter is I dont want to have the only thing good with my marrage is that it could be worse!
Thank you for all your input! and If I had had kids I would have let them play with the nintendo! pennies and pb and j or whatever! but my youngest niece is 11 and rarely comes over because her uncle does let her have a turn to play the game! and I have tried to find games we can play together but he doesnt want to play those games....

Greetings Sophia:

I can understand your frustration. Have you ever heard of the book Getting Through to the Man You Love: The No-Nonsense, No-Nagging Guide for Women by Michele Weiner-Davis?

I reviewed this book a little while ago. You may find it useful. Here's the link.

Sounds like you have more problems than a gaming system...

I agree with Froggie, I'm afraid. The Nintendo was a convenient escape. And now, his sister is another.

Can you take him to counseling? He needs to come out with his feelings in a safe, non-threatening environment, and he may not want to tell you directly what he is feeling for fear of hurting you or for some other motive. He needs one-on-one with a third party.

Can you talk to his sister? She'll dish, mostly likely.

Good luck and keep us posted.

Well the sister in law is a bitC# and a half so no help there! I checked my hubbys blood suger the other day and low and behold it was 247! I think he has diebeties so that explanes most of our problems! his lack of focus and playing games and being to tired to do anything... this all fits with the high blood sugers! I hate to say this but I am so glad that there is a reason for his behavior! I hate that it is medical but at lest its not him thinking about leaving the marrage! Health stuff I can deal with divorice Im not so sure about!!! lol
Anyways his nintendo still works I thought I had droped it enough that it would have died but... I am going to get him into the dr office sometime this week and I hope they can give him something to make him feel better cause this sucks! frown thank you all for your help!

As a diabetic myself, I can understand the mood swings, lack of focus and fatigue. A friend of mine had undiagnosed diabetes and wreaked havoc on his marriage for years. Still, the diabetes can't be blamed for all of his symptoms so be on guard.

Best wishes for a great life! We'll be here if you'd like to keep in touch!

I am glad you found the reason for his antisocial behavior...

I feel addiction to online games itself makes man antisocial, not that an antisocial man plays games. Sometimes negligence is the best medicine for it...
