OK, here's the scenario...The Thanksgiving turkey is burned to a crisp and is not edible. Just how creative are you? What would you serve your family if (God forbid) the Turkey somehow got destroyed?

Go through the turkey and see if you can find any salvageable meat to put out or go out to a restaurant.

I always have a back up of food in my deep freezer so I think I'd stick some chicken breasts on the broiler and wing it, no pun intended (no wings either).

I would just salvage what I can, if there would not be enough for everyone I would do another side to accompany it and the other food.
