I always wanted something that would wash my nasal passages clean with a little more "umph" than a regular Neti Pot. I found it in the form of a simple DIY Neti Pot, made from a plastic squeeze bottle, such as a dish soap bottle. It's simple, free and very effective, especially if you need more force to wash the crud out of your nose.
