ok I have a lot to recall, so here goes:
Monday:
Breakfast: eggs
Lunch: Green salad with ranch dressing
Dinner: chicken salad (chicken, celery, onion, mayo)
Snacks: veggie sticks (carrot, celery) and cheese.
Tuesday:
Breakfast: veggie sticks (carrot, celery) & ranch dressing
Lunch: chicken broth, green salad.
Dinner: chicken broth, chicken salad.
Snacks: coffee with half & half, slices of cheese
Wednesday (today):
Breakfast: scrambled eggs.
snack: coffee
Lunch: 2 tbs of chicken salad (chicken, celery, onion, mayo).
Dinner: unknown yet
*I'm so tired of chicken salad, I've been eating it for 3 days now only cause it was the only thing low carb that was left after the party we had here on Saturday
oh yeah and all kinds of cheese slices , so I've been snacking on that...
Tomorrow is my second weigh-in, wish me luck....
