Black spot can be very annoying for rose gardeners. What works best for removing it from your garden?

Mixing a small amount of baking soda with insecticidal soap is suppose to work as well as traditional fungicides for black spot.

The baking soda with insecticidal soap is suppose to work well for powdery mildew as well.
