I am having a tow -pac put on my Silverado 650. Has anyone had any experiences with one or know anything about it? Hopefully this will allow me to get comfortable with the mechanics of the bike and get her out of the garage.

I would think a tow pack would be more difficult to maneuver than the bike itself. I know I wouldn't want to pull a trailer behind my bike...

I will not be pulling a trailer, adding this is just for the extra two wheels it will give me for stability.

In other words, you want to put training wheels on?
I think that you will find them unnecessary very quickly, but I guess if you feel you need the reassurance, they may work.
How are you at riding a bicycle? Any stability problems there?
Maybe your 650 is just too big for you?
Or maybe you just need to get on it and get going, the longer you wait the harder it gets. Go slow, stay out of traffic and develop your confidence.
