Hi everyone,
I am sorry for possible offtopic, but I need your help in find new web hosting provider as soon as possible, because my current host (bluehost.com) is kicking me off, they say 'your account is using a lot server resources', but my website gets only about 200 visitors per day and my disk usage is 1500 MB (maybe they do not like that?)

Anyway, what would be your recommendations for getting reliable web hosting? Where are you hosting your websites? Are you happy with your providers?

There are two hosts I can reccomend. Both are economical and both provide excellent customer service. They are:

Host Gator www.hostgator.com
Sector Link www.sectorlink.com

I have used them both and am quite satisfied. If you like adding features like blogs or photo albums, Host Gator is slightly preferable because they offer Fantastico which lets you automatically install a bunch of things like guest books, blogs, content management systems and shopping carts.

I sort of have the same problem only I am looking for a place to put my homepage from AOL Hometown as it is shutting down by Oct 31st. Any places that host free homepage (not a Website)the equivalnet to AOL Hometown pages. I have a Memeorial page created and would really hate to loose that. The AOL Journals is also being eliminated. Teh Easy Designer was a great feature too since I don't know how to creat a page on my own. Just uploaded files to my FTP space and they placed and dropped onto the page. Need some help please and soooooooooooon!!!

I finally went with freewebs.com which is basicly a WYSIWYG. I was able to incorporate old to new and am satisfied with it. I also came across one that is called SynthaSite.com that looks pretty good.

I have three websites and the company I'm currently with uses WYSIWYG as well. I find it very easy and almost no learning curve.

HostMySite.com has been great. My site is never down and their customer service is awesome. I highly recommend them.

I searched through at least half a dozen other site builders and once I began using www.synthasite.com I was completely sold. They have an excellent, simple to use and well put together product. I was a complete novice and within 1 1/2 months I was able to build a site that was placed on the company index page for others to see for an example of what they can build using their product. I cannot be more impressed with the the ease of use, ad free websites and wonderful customer support.

good luck with Omnegold. After receiving a confirmation email from the site, I tried building my website. The site kept responding invalid email and/or username when I tried to build the site. I even tried to change my password with no luck. The email and user name that you provide is written in the confirmation email sent by Omnegold. What is happening with that site is beyond me.
