Just discovered this forum and am so glad I did. I have been reading your wonderful back posts. They have helped me organize and consciously understand why I always come back to meditation. My first experience was with Transcendental Meditation over 30 years ago. Was amazed that when I came out of the first meditation, everything looked brighter and more detailed. Still note that, to a lesser degree. I also loved the feeling of expanding and joy. I take that to be connecting with the All. I know it makes me feel better and is supposed to keep one younger-Hey! I can go for that.
