Do you think there are times when we limit our own successes?

I'd say we do! (The answer to our newsletter "pearl of wisdom" question for this week is TRUE.)

Negativity, fear, self-sabotage? Have you ever limited your success? Would you share with us?

Yes, yes, yes! Our success is ONLY limited by our own beliefs about it.

I used to limit my own success in many ways. Mostly due to childhood conditioning like "Money is hard to come by." "You have to work very hard for everything you get." "Life is a struggle."

I was able to change my own beliefs about success through meditating and focusing on more positive things.

I've read so many books now on the law of attraction and how to be successful and I really believe I've finally overcome the resistance I had to being successful.

Great article, Sharon.

Joan, glad to hear of your success! Gives me hope.

I, too heard lots of negative things about money and success and never realized how they were limiting me.

I did the Wealth Beyond Reason program that Bob Doyle puts out and one of the things he really focuses on is ways to overcome resistance within ourselves. I didn't realize either how much my past conditioning was limiting me until I really delved into it.

Now when I talk to my sisters and parents, I can see why I had a more negative slant on life! About 3 years ago, we moved away from my family and I think the changes in my thinking couldn't have taken place living near them.

I didn't want to move at the time but I guess there's a reason for everything that happens.

Yeah Joan!!!

I am a recovering perfectionist. Perfectionism is so limiting.

I kind of think that the only place that we are limited is between our ears.
