Received this today from CNN: "-- Coroner's jury rules Princess Diana and Dodi Fayed unlawfully killed; blames reckless actions of her driver and paparazzi."

This long to say what we already knew.

Isn't it a shame it took this long to hear what we all already knew.

I just watched the video of Elton John, for the 100th time, singing "Candle In The Wind" at the funeral and once again cried. It seems like this tragedy happened just a little while ago because the shock, hurt and devastation is still raw. Princess Diana was a beautiful person in many ways.

I wonder why it took so long for the courts to rule on this? It was so obvious what happened and whose fault it was.

I wonder where my tape of that funeral is. I don't think the courts started on this right away since it happened in Paris and the French officials did their own investigation, so maybe they had to wait a few years for that to wrap up.

I do not know if they made some kind of law on just how far the paparazzi can go because of this incident. But, I did hear on the news story that it is now up to the father of Dodi Fayed whether or not to sue the paparazzi for wrongful death of his son.
