BellaOnline Forums Education Teaching LDS Lessons--fancy or simple?

When you teach, do you llike everything fancy, with lots of decorations and teaching aids, or do you like to keep things simple?

I guess it depends on your students, right? I was a long-time special ed. teacher, and I know that the "fancy" stuff was distrcting to most of my students, so I had no choice but to keep it simple. Altough I prefer the fancy stuff, I had to accept thatt was not about me; it was about them.
