Did anyone catch Britney Spears's performance last night? What did you think? What did you think about the show in general?

I thought Britney was pretty good - being that she's not an actress. I really liked Sarah Chalke on the show. I hope she sticks around.

I have never seen the show before so did not view it. I did watch Two and a half men, which was on after that and found the episode of Rose back quite funny.

I didn't realize that was Sarah Chalke (Roseanne)....wow - she has grown up!

Britney as a comedic actress - YES!! Better, in my opinion, than a singer.....but I have never really listened to her songs.

Maybe this will lead to other things and she will stay out of the spotlight in a bad way.

I couldn't stand Sarah Chalke on Roseanne - but I love love love her as Elliot Reed on Scrubs. My guess is she'll be back on How I Met Your Mother....although maybe not for a while. I don't know if any of you are regular viewers of the show, but I thought her mentioning leaving a St. Paddy's Party early was meaningful....

I thought Britney did a great job - ironic that she played wide-eyed innocent so well....but hopefully this is a sign that she's getting back on track.

Britney is reprising her role as receptionist/ Ted admirer on How I Met Your Mother!

I am curious to see if this will be as big of a success as her last appearance. I'm sure the ratings will be up again, but not so sure how Britney will do.

I love How I Met Your Mother. It's always good for a laugh... even with all the Canadian jokes.

I missed the Spears episode but heard she got good reviews and will probably make further appearances.

Any one have a guess on who the "mother" is?
