Interesting list - what are you if you fall in the middle? I am a computer support specialist, graphic designer, technical writer and on occasion a software engineer.

Guess it depends on my mood!

I am sort of a mix between the two, but tend to lean towards introvert a bit more.

I originally planned on being a psychotherapist/psychiatrist but once I got to university, the realization that you have to be a real "people" person to be a good therapist set in. It was a sad conclusion but if I hadn't come to it, I wouldn't have decided on studying journalism, which is just perfect for me. smile

What about writers? For example, F Scott Fitzgerald - a keen party animal, yet often hiding away by himself to write it all down! Very intersting post/list.

I'm definitely introverted, but I LOVE to write PR copy. I was thinking that I just better stay away from any spokesperson jobs LOL but I could do a form of PR since it's very writing driven.

Also I'm an editor and that is a mix of working alone and working with people--writers, other staff members, sources etc.

Proofreading jobs suit precise tidy-minded introverts apparently. There are now lots of online courses they can take for a career with proofreading jobs, either freelancing at home like me or for a company based in an office.

However, it might be good for introverts not to hide themselves away too much! Apparently its good for all of us to stretch our comfort zones a little!
