Hi and Happy Holidays!

Looking for a small gift to hand out to your friends or even something little for a stocking stuffer? How about homemade lip gloss? Below is the recipe, try it out! It's fun and easy for kids as well!

Chocolate lip gloss

1 1/2 tsp grated cocoa butter
1/2 tsp coconut oil
1/8 tsp vitamin E oil
1/4 tsp grated chocolate or 3 small chocolate chips

In a double boiler or microwave heat the cocoa butter, coconut oil, and vitamin E oil until melted. Stir in the chocolate chips and keep stirring until melted and well blended. Pour into small container and allow to cool before using.

Cool! A recipe for chocolate lip gloss. Have you made this yourself? How did it turn out in comparsion to the ones you can buy?
I think using organic products for this would be fantastic!

Chocolate lip gloss... interesting. Do the chocolate chips add anything to the conditioning properties or are they for taste? I'm such a chocolate nut, I'm afraid I'd be licking it off my lips all the time.
