Here's an interesting article indicating a laser may be able to detect certain diseases (such as cancer) in your breath. It is very encouraging to know that research is being conducted which may one day lead to simpler, less invasive tests to detect cancer.

Hopefully easy, inexpensive tests will lead to more early detection. Years ago I read about a "spit test" to detect breast cancer in saliva. I see they're still working on it.
