Do you love chow mein, lo mein, mai fun, or another Chinese noodle dish? Post you favorite dish, and if you have the recipe and would like to share, we'd love to try it.

My favorite is the chow mein noodle. I just love the cruchiness! Try my chicken chow mein recipe found here-BellaOnline ALERT: Raw URLs are not allowed in these forums for security reasons. Please use UBB code. If you don't know how to do UBB code just post here for help - we will help out!

Hi - just wondering whether theres a recipe for noodles with pak choi? I love it and bought some today, but would like to know the authentic way to cook it and serve it - also, how long it keeps in fridge?
Thank-you

I love any kind of Lo Mein, maybe I'm boring, but I've been eating it for well over 10 years now! (oops, I'm giving up my age)

Man, i am crazy for asian foods. Lo mein is one of my favorites even though i try to avoid starchy carbs. Moderation is the key. I believe verymuch in a diet high in plant foods so asian style foods just appeal to me. I do quick stir fry meals everyday with different type seasonings and oils so no meal taste quite the same.

Another vote for Lo Mein, it's my favorite too. I like it with shrimp, chicken and pork.

I love Lo Mein also. We just went to a great Mongolian Grill place last night and I had Lo Mein.

I also bought some Soba noodles and World Market yesterday. Does anyone else shop there? They have a good Asian foods section.

It looks like Lo mein is quite popular so far grin

And Green1, I often shop at World Market as well. It is a great place to find some different ethnic ingredients. They have these wonderful rice spring roll wrappers which I'm going to use in a future recipe. They also have a terrific spice selection, including dried morel mushrooms which I love too. smile
