Yep, know it well... my DH is from Warren. His family is scattered throughout Y-town, Girard, Niles, etc. One of my BFF's is from Boardman, but she lives down here.

Truthfully, I can only think of one truly CF cousin. There are a handful of singles but they are pre-kid, not true CF.

Yep, that is definitely our neck of the woods. We are in Columbiana county, about 20 minutes from Boardman.

Leave it to the MNK board to keep me laughing and coming back not only for support in my CF decision, but for fun too. smile

On the subject of finding CF friends, I think that we, too, are going to have to get on the ball about that, b/c it just seems like CF people in our circle of friends and family, which is already pretty spread out all over the country, are hard to find. It seems like every time another friend has a baby, that's the last we really hear from them regularly, despite repeated attempts to e-mail/call. They are just too consumed with the baby to really communicate as friends should do. Sure, baby pictures are sent, but once we reply asking how they're doing, etc., nothing. I've pretty much given up on friends like those, thinking that if they don't want to respond to me, then I'll let them contact me first next time. It's quite annoying, b/c people completely change when they have kids, despite the fact that they claimed nothing would change after the baby was born. That's complete BS.

I will have to Google CF in our area again, but last time I tried, I didn't have much luck...
