yikes im walking 2 to 3 miles a day on the treadmill eating differently and its all working only the fat is moveing in another direction (its hanging down) will it get firm its not a pretty sight. any one having the same problem, i like the weight loss but not sure about whats going on, <img src="/images/graemlins/mad.gif" alt="" />

a little toning wouldn't hurt! weightlifting maybe 5 to 10 pounds then work you way on up.

yes there is sagging skin, i'm totally embarrassed its ugly for me to be fat yet its uglier to have loose skin, there no happy medium i watch the medical channel on tv where they do tucks to rid loose skin, no such luck for me my insurance company won't cover it. may be if i were younger toning would help but being 60yrs old there is no tightening loose skin ;o(
