...The earflap hat turned out well, by the way. I need to start another project tonight.

Well, i was delayed going on my walk this morning, for i woke up and discovered the furnace was blowing cold air! The instructions for the furnace are complicated, but i didn't play helpless and worked my way through them and relit it myself... saving some money not to have to call a repair person.

I'll change clothes and go for my walk now.

Hey, good for you, Holly! I'm glad that you could take care of it yourself. Did you enjoy your walk? I just got back from mine and am going to cool done HERE and see how everyone is doing. wink

Lala, I thought your trip was coming up pretty soon. How lucky you are to go somewhere SO warm while we are still in the cold. smile I am really happy that you will be around more often!

Haridas, I think the candles that light the night are much better than the firecrackers. It is cool how the legend of victory of good over evil plays out using light from candles and lamps to illuminate the homes and hearts. I enjoy having lit candles floating in water, too. They are so peaceful. Enjoy the harvest festival with your family. wink

The candles or the Diyas as we call them look fascinating. But crackers are the norms during Diwali.

I understand. I am looking forward to a good night's sleep. I am going to take my book to bed and relax so I will have sweet dreams. I wish the same for all my friends.

Yes, many times I do and they are usually pretty vivid. Usually they are the dreams that I have just before I wake up or am awakened. Do you remember your dreams?
