Hi everyone.

I'm trying to eat better but still make things fast, so i'm looking for recipes for sauces and spice blends that i can use to coat vegetables, pasta, chicken, whatever.

You ever notice how often restaurants often prepare sauces and get them ready, and then you can order it over anything? I thought that would speed up my cooking and be fun.

This is my blend of French herbs that i use in soups and other things:

Bouquet Garni

1 Tbs thyme
1 Tbs parsley
1 Tbs rosemary
1 Tbs savory
1 Tbs tarragon
1 Tbs marjoram
and a few bay leaves
